  • Around 10 minutes to complete
  • 5 key areas analysed
  • 40 Questions
  • One-on-One interviews – 30 minutes
  • Focus Groups – 45 minutes

The Report

  • Holistic report of all the findings by a subject matter expert. Report to include visual presentations of how the organisation is performing in the 5 key areas, whilst also highlighting the biggest strengths and areas for improvement
  • The report will also provide the client with actionable recommendations to address any issues identified during the audit
  • Results will be presented to the management during a meeting and the way forward agreed
  • Follow-up meeting to analyse progress on the recommendations will be held 6-12 months after
  • Client will have access to AHEX consultants throughout the year for any advise (phone calls/emails)
