Unfortunately, this overload can and probably for most of us has lead to some burnout and a lack of productivity, and of course, we end up making everything else a priority over our leadership role!

However, with the advent of new AI technologies, there are now smarter and more efficient ways to manage one’s time. Take ChatGPT AI for instance, this is one such technology that can help us make time to be leaders.

For sure, personally, I would focus on building more trusting relationships!
